No cure, just supression of the symptons. I drink mugs of hot water with a spoon or two of honey and squeeze half a fresh lemon (or CIF juice). I take a couple of paracetemal tablets as well. Basically what Lemsip is. The cinnamon gives a nice flavour as well.
