By SOPMOD do you mean Crane stock? Or do you actually mean the SOCOM stock?

Apparently the SOCOM stock has Li-Po compatibility. That is what is says on retailer websites anyway

It's got a hollow buffer tube so as long as you pick a lipo that's slim enough (say a 7.4v 1100mAh stick) then you'll be fine (I use one in a Magpul CTR stock and they have no more space in them than that). I believe the only airsoft ones are the Madbull ACE SOCOM stock though and they are rare as hens teeth and expensive!

Thanks Lozart. Yeah Madbull seem to be the only ones out there! Definitely pricey. Despite that, I am going to buy myself one sometime soon! Just got to wait for PayPal to release my money again... (They make me wait every time I sell something until I've sold 10 things with no problems)

Should do. I'm pretty sure that's the exact battery I use in my M14 with CTR stock. If you're using it in an M4 and you're likely to use auto a lot I'd get 2 and change at lunch.
