Firstly I took it to a Honda garage for repairs. They charge over the moon for labour. Needed a full service, new chain and sprokets, new tyre, spark plug, oil change etc, and front suspension repaired.

*because i don't believe in slowing down for speed bumps, and there are some nice bridges around me that you can hit at 60-70mph and get 1-2 seconds air time

It happens eventually. My bike is getting well used anyway. I just might have sped up the process by a year maybe
