Well this time it did happen and the little thing appeared in the bottom of my screen and downloaded but then an error message appears saying Windows can't open the file and I need to search/select one, do I click Arma 3?

Working fine this end, try a different browser. Or use the PlayWithSix mod manager if the mod is hosted on there.

Nope, you need either WinRar or Z.zip to open the zip folder.

As above download 7zip to open the mod and transfer it too your arma root folder

you will then need a mod launcher to start the game with the mod

Yeh, or Winrar. Extract to steamapps/common/arma3 and use a mod launcher like Mack said. Arma3Sync is alright, but there are loads out there

Well I opened it with 7zip console from the 7zip folder and nothing has happened, I'll download the mod launcher then look if its worked on arma...
