Carbine length handguard is 7" so around 175-180mm but I don't think that size is made so inner barrel would need re-crowning.

363mm is the inner barrel length for the standard length 14.5" barrel M4 Carbine.
With a 10.5" barrel you're looking at a 267mm inner barrel which are manufactured but not so easily available.

Change it to stubby, keep your inner barrel and use a mock suppressor to cover it up?

My 10.5" barrelled M4 has a 300mm inner barrel. Take from that what you will...

Personally I don't think it's worth the time and money just to make it 4" shorter. Unless you were doing it for a specific impression or it's really unwieldy at current length.
