Hop mod is the main one. New barrel is a usual change as the standard is shocking.

Thinking of throwing in a Pro-Win hop up with a R-Hopped madbull 6.03, think it'll work?

No the Hop up isn't changeable. you'll soon see when you get it as the barrel doesn't come out in the usual manner

If you're playing at 330 FPS or lower, I cannot recommend the Tanio Koba barrels enough. Very hard to find but work wonders! I have a tippy that's been shortened and the inner is only about 180-200mm long, but using the TK I was out ranging my 360FPS TW. AS Qlimax said, theres a few mods to tidy the rifle up, then it's gold

Would tossing in a few 10p's do any good or just mess it up? Is one the limit or can I increase the guns value by 20/ 30p?

I tried the 10p mod on mine … didn't work, as it already has the silver washer in the buffer spring

You can't put to many in there otherwise the bolt won't lock back. The 10p isn't a must and the washer is a standard part you can add an additional washer. None of the spring mods are required, they just help if you have shite ROF. Tthe main thing to do with the spring is grease it up otherwise it makes a horrible clanging noise

I assume it's still compatible with AEG pistol grips and GBBR charging handles though right?

no for pistol grip, not 100% sure on the charging handle

Why's it a no for the pistol grip? Isn't it just hollow with the HPA line going through it?

Well I have a spare MagPul PTS pistol grip with me so upon getting the Tippmann I'll try put it on and get back to you. If it screws in like a GBBR or an AEG pistol grip it should fit with minor modifications. Charging handle is a no? Isn't a standard GBBR charging handle?

The setup inside a Tippmann grip is completely different to what would be in a P* or SMP grip. Tippmann have designed their grip to store some of the HPA functions and with that it currently means the grip isn’t changeable. Well not a straight forward change anyway.

Ahh I see. So basically you can change the inner/ outer barrel, rail system and stock and that's it haha.

but inner barrel, bucking, rail, stock are changable
