Can you do one offs and use a lightweight sports material similar to trekking tshirts. It wont be under my kit though only wear a tshirt, too much protection ruins the fun.

I don't actually make the tshirts, just design them. Fabrily is like a British version of Teespring, I get enough people to commit to buying them, they make them and post them onto the buyers and i get paid comission. I could make something custom for you to pass onto a printer?
