Just wondering, do you have to have a defence to win a RIF? The way I read the VCRA you don't need to 2 tone the pistol but you cannot supply it to an under 18 yr old (their parents would have to win it and gift it).

VCRA says 'Sell' in relation to needing a defence but says 'supply' in relation to age. Not trying to start an argument but it may save someone from winning a bright orange monstrosity
