Stick the MUR on here then for a few pounds. I'm sure someone will take it from you.

Not a bad idea although i'd rather trade it. The lower is intact with a few bits here and there but the upper is completely fuked with paint

Not sure anyone would want to trade unless they had something equally messed up. Don't think you'd want that?

The lower is completely fine though. Not even for an mbus?

A
AK47frizzle
actually sack it

for an mbus? lol for a whole receiver? thats stupid

just get some fairy power spray on it, it'll be free of paint in an hour.

Sack trading, i'm keeping it. But i'm buying the JP receiver.

2nd jcheese's suggestion, i think you said you used acrylic, so if a decent cleaning product doesn't do the job then leave it to soak overnight in some. I used to use meth spirits to remove acrylic from models

all you need to do is this and spend a tenner on some halfords paint, just use primer this time and actually prepare the surface

why buy two? how much did you spend on the receiver that you messed up?

Colonel Kurtz

even if it's scratched, that'll be sorted by a primer layer

A
AK47frizzle
No, i'm sorry, I ain't doing any of that anymore, i'm totally not in the mood to sort it out and never will.

I wish I could just piss money down the drain because I'm too lazy to fix things!

^^ xD, what i was thinking, how much was the receiver?

And this is why you buy a ready made gun!

Ain't fixing it, end of story. Putting up for trade, not expecting much.

A

And no.

I wish I had enough disposable income to waste an entire upper receiver.

How is applying some sprays of household cleaner and leaving it overnight too much effort? You actually have to work for things in life, you can't expect them to go perfectly 100% of the time

With the money you've wasted/continuing to waste you could have bought a good AEG. Money doesn't grow on trees.
