Gate are brilliant. I get a very good response with my Gate Nano AB. They also make the Pico, however it requires some wire cutting and soldering to install.

I use one called Air-Fet from a supplier on Ebay its been excellent for me. Had it two yrs never faulted once.

Only seems to have the passive breaking one atm, if he starts doing the standard 3034 one that runs cool as f*ck for tenner then I'd buy a couple:

I mean for a tenner & wired with 14awg I wouldn't bother making my own and the guy's stress test 120 semi in a minute does deffo put a load on my lame fet
