Had the courier re-booked twice and no one has turned up, someone has been here all day as well.

Lol, on my work experience I went with one of the engineers to look at a problem City Link had. Their technician was the most obnoxious person I have ever met.

Also turned out the problem was that they had run over one of there own Cat 5 cables moving a server rack around.
