A mop and some degreaser should do the trick

yes fair liquid washing up is what you want....

neat or very strong concentrate straight onto oil

warm very very soapy bubbly water - not gallons but small bowl to rinse off

S

Nothing else really works - srong chemicals etc - nope

we spilt loads of this and is like ice rink until you degrease it

very dangerous skating in the workplace - whoooaaaaa

MEK Powersolve or petrol still don't beat fairy liquid/washing up liquid for this. Trust me we have had puddles of silicon at work and is lethal. We tested 2 brands of oil by coating a guys trainers with each type

yeah - they coated one sole with RSS brand and the other sole with a cheap bulk brand. Then watched which foot he could get any traction with to prevent him going ar$e over titz

Although i'm not sure of the science behind it but, I have also used mr muscle furniture polish on oily car parts, it coagulates the oil and seems to wash off with warm water, its quite good if you have a large puddle of oil to clean up.

washing up liquid is a very very good degreaser - squeaky plates etc...

don't use it a windscreen wash on car coz you get squeaky wipers. Alcohol is ok but not as good as washing up liquid imho

we have cleaned up puddles with usual chemicals n stuff at work but still ice rink - washing up liquid is what really does the job properly and is hardly gonna strip off varnish/coating etc...

mildly hot or warm water to rinse - not soak floor just wipe clean afterwards
