Fury was awesome and I agree with you statement. As a guy who worked on M1 tanks, I was thrilled to finally see a movie about tankers!

Well, there is always 1988's The Beast of War (aka 'The Beast'), about a Soviet T-62 tank crew in Afghanistan against the Mujahadeen (actually they use converted T-55s with a 105mm gun in the movie, but they are real T-55s). It's probably the best 'tank movie' there is, with an interesting and engaging story.

Regarding the age rating, I'm not too surprised. Saving Private Ryan is a 15 also and there are scenes of people getting their limbs blown off and close ups of their guts hanging out as they scream.. I think the age rating all comes down to if their is sex and drug use etc.

The age rating is only an issue if the violence is seen to be "gratuitous" so if it's part of the story (like in ...Ryan) then it's fine. If it was a bit more Sam Peckinpah then it would be an 18.
