well, if you spray the handguard black and leave the body clear then it's alright, but still, even so, it's an ak12.

I might actually risk it... like my DE ak47 converted to fit a metal gearbox... but... i wonder if the hop up chamber is propreitary

At least it is an AK that an optic would not look out of place on. Probably one for AK 'completists' since the Russian army rejected it and the AK12 is banned from import into the US too. Nevertheless, 286 FPS isn't desperately bad for a skirmish. Might be tempted since it is only 70 quid. Spray it black and get a tac light on it and it would probably look quite cool, although with plastic internals I could imagine it breaking down after a while, so it will be interesting to see h...

It depends on whether you have 70 quid you don't mind losing I guess. It's not likely to be brilliant, but then again, it's probably just about skirmishable and you would likely be the only one there with an AK12, although that might because everyone else has a 350 fps AK74 with a gearbox that is going to stay in one piece LOL
