I wrote a big response with the actual reasons why they are mobilising and what they intend to do, but to be honest I really don't think you have the maturity to understand the situation at all ...

They are not mobilising to "shoot ebola" they are providing support, protection and politics to the situation, where the hired PMCs are failing.
