Even just for airsofting Moose? I want something that looks like that and fits in the PRR pouch as it would be correct for both my early USMC kit and my pathfinder kit

if you just want it for the looks then fine but for comms they arent good, 500m is max range if you are in flat open country and that is just a max so more like 400-500m. woodland you might be lucky with 200-300m depends on how dense the woods are and in urban areas prob about 50-150m. i know theres gaps in those distances but they are rough.

Do you think that'd suffice for 3 day milsims? Theyres usually a big squad radio signed out anyway so for just squad level communication?

Well i dunno, if they are exactly the same as the miltary ones then you might struggle connecting to other radios as the freq is preset on the channels but there is alot of channels available. Its UHF so will only work with other small UHF radios. If thats what peolle are rocking then cool. How much are they??
