josh, chill out! I'm sorry if you do not get pop references. As for NHS, try healthcare in the USA.. or anywhere else, save Cuba, for that sake!

All my complaint is, when you offer an operation.. be sure to check that the local anaesthetic has kicked in before you operate. If not, then you are going to have a patient who is in a hell of a lot of pain. Take myself for example, 9 injections of local anaesthetic doesn't eliminate the pain of a scalpel slicing open your chest. That hurt, a hell of a lot and put me off of local anaesthetic completely.
