Nope, all the externals are different- apart from possibly the stock.

Suppose you could always get short M16 VN magazines for a really cheesy looking Scar-H? Looking at maybe doing a DMR build on my Scar before I sell it.

I've seen a couple of really nice scar L dmrs so it's definitley doable

The main difference in looks between the L and the H is the lower receiver. Uper is basically the same so if you used a straight mag (like a VN mag) it wouldn't look TOO odd. Maybe.

The short mags are tiny little things though, 7.62 mags aren't really that much shorter than 5.56 mags. It's a very clear cut difference.
