Probably be too strong for the plastic slide, why not go for propane?

Isn't propane even stronger than green gas though?

Any idea on where to buy propane that is useable for airsoft magazines? (with the adaptor and silicone etc)

local calor gas stockist but it is the adapters you need, some calor - red bottle not blue as blue is butane gas i think, some places really vary quite a bit in prices. You need to shop around and decide how big ya bottle will be as a bit of investment to begin with but if ya happy & gonna stick with gas then well well worth it in long run
