People have sort of made them, but you really can't get very close. Like Mack said the parts just don't exist.

You can try building one similar with a MOE-K grip, VTAC rail and one of those 416C style stocks.

Anything can be done, the real question is 'do you have access to a CNC Milling machine?'

I've just seen that Ares appear to be making one. Looks very similar.
