The one on the website has the raised block around the forward asist as the other one does so im just going to assume they are they same

There isn't a magpul upper receiver. The one on this rifle is a VLTOR MUR, it's often paired with a magpul lower in airsoft- notably on some of G&Ps fancier rifles but the plain magpul upper is just a normal m4 style one.

I'm not sure about anyone else but I think it looks like a pdw upper on a regualr m4/16 lower
