No, CYMA M4s aren't very good tbh.

There's nothing necessarily wrong with AW- I've heard both good and bad things about them. If I were you I'd go for a G&G M4 instead. I loved my CYMA MP5 but the quality difference is really noticeable

Already have a G&G so i was looking for something different, i'll look elsewhere

TacMaster

Which G&G do you have?

heard pretty bad things about cyma m4, and when G&G is just a few pounds more.

why do you want two of the same guns by different makers?

TacMaster

Why not get a G&G M14 or something alternative they make? I wouldn't want to own 2 M4s unless they were drastically different from one another!

@Tac I have a raider l with a 12'' DD rail so with the new one i was looking to go down the route of Magpulising it

So why not get the bog standard G&G CM16 carbine and slap some Magpul on then? Or get the top tech equivalent...

still dont see why you need something from another brand? unless the magpul parts are not G&G compatible?

on a completely different note, how is that in ANY way VCRA compliant?! last I checked the stock and grip do not account for 51% of a rifle!

it isn't. just like a blue glock slide isn't.

~glock with a blue slide

I was looking to get a CM16 carbine style rifle, but wanted something different from G&G as all of my guns so far have been G&G and also i wanted to save as much money as i could so i can get the Magpul/Vltor lower and upper

jcheeseright

that makes no sense at all. "all my guns so far have been from a really good reliable brand so I've decided I want something crap for £25 less".

Haha, fair point.

The only way I WOULDN'T get another G&G would be if I had enough to get something better (TM Recoil SOPMOD you WILL be mine). If you're looking to save money there's plenty of CM16s about - why not get a second hand one if you're going to mod it anyway?

I'll see what i can do. Was in negotiations about a carbine a couple of weeks ago but the guys not replied since..
