You could make one?

Cut the BB holding section of the shell off, leaving the gas reservoir untouched, and weld a small metal cone onto the end which fits a mk5 tightly?

There is a good reason. Nobody wants flashbangs shot at them out of a tube and also, I seem to remember that kind of thing being ever so slightly illegal in the UK. There's ones that fire baton rounds and stuff though.

Also - by the time you've taken off the striker, struck the fuse dicked about getting the LIT pyro into your launcher and shouldered the gun, chances are high that you'll mostly just end up blowing up your launcher.

true, firing a heavy projectile at someone that explodes is prob not the smartest thing. Would be cool tho. We use Mortars at the Sandpit and although thats different as they fire upwards ect its still kinda the same idea. Do love the sound when they go off.

Lozart nailed it with his first response Except 'so slightly illegal' is under-doing it a bit. I can't remember the precise legislation, but the result of creating and using a mobile pyro launcher would be something along the lines of an incredibly sore arse at her majesty's pleasure!

I'm all for innovation though! Airsoft as a whole could do with a bit more of that...

I'm pretty sure that I read somewhere it's legal as long as the explosive is on a timer.

Flying impact dets are a no no, but timed ones are alright.

Patrol Base ordered some TAG grenades in from Russia for someone or something, saw a video of them testing them in their shop.

i've thought of this before and all you need is an m203 and a ring pull grenade. Attach the ring inside the gun somehow and make sure it's a tight fight in the barrel, fire the gas and it should propel the grenade out, pulling the ring as well.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I seem to remember seeing a video on AirsoftGI I think it was, which showcased ICS's new design which fired actual 203 shells with smoke in them.
