  • So I got ak74. Looks like my wallets gonna be even more empty after I start my russian afghan loadout. I've estimated the kit so far at £190.

    Say goodbye to ergonomics ;)

In all fairness soviet gear is a bit sh*t in some ways but it looks cool and for some things like pouches they are made out of really durable canvas. Don't buy Russian boots though, some of the worst sh*t you can put on your feet!

Ahhhh. Just thinking that if I sold all my airsoft stuff and my current bike, I could buy a beautiful mtb bike.

Obviously second hand. I figured getting a £3000 new bike wouldn't be as good as a barely used trek for the same price.. Planning on do in it so much with my dad who loves it, and building a downhill course In my local woods. He would pay for most of it as well

Yeah, turns out I do hate sniping. Thankfully swapped my sniper for a tm mc51. Really happy.

Then in a few months you'll want to go back to sniping again. Happens to me, it's annoying.

But monty, you have sworn to continue the pink master race. You can never change again.

Rrrr. I...must...resist the beautiful ideas of selling everything and making a VDV kit. Graaaa.

I'm finally back from Vietnam, if jetlag doesn't screw me up, I'll be shootin Sunday.

Wonder if you can still get cashmere suits for £70? Enjoy man you're very lucky

NEVER use collect plus. They are a bunch of cowboy bullshitters. They say they have tried to deliver my parcel and have left a note. They have NOT. Scumbags.

Not had any problems with collect+ personally, but I only have them deliver to my local 24hr shop so...As for DPD, I've seen how they handle parcels at work...

    Undieing_Lust
They delivered a motherboard SNAPPED in half... I was not happy...

depends on the particular guy who delivers usually. it is very likely the same guy does all deliveries in your area thou, so even thou I would not judge the whole company on one experience, you might not want to use them again.

Selling a load of gear ATM. Question is should I buy a sniper or some more mtb gear. Descisions descisions.

I really want to get into sniping. Dunno if my dad would let me sell my galil so soon though.

Aside from the pretty externals it's standard sh*tty VSR internals that need work OOTB and it's heavy as f*ck to boot. The mag also LOVES to prematurely ejaculate if you roughly handle it when loading. It's more of a show piece than a skirmish gun, that said It's VSR compatible so You can get it shooting amazingly. But,money.

    M_P
    M_P
Vsr compatible to some extent. It's very finicky on parts, won't take some pdi stuff including cylinders. That said at that price it's a steal

Anyone in NI going to that frv milsim

Hopefully I will. There might not be any places left though.

Oh great. Well in that case I'm gonna be a coke snorting, gun wielding cartel boy then.

Grrr. Ordered a battery from 35 miles away and it still hasn't arrived five days after ordering. Bloody bullseye country sport. I hate them with a passion.

Got the galil today. I think I'm in love with it.

Well it seems that parcelforce can't deliver a gun with 48hr postage in 48hrs.

What time in the day did you order? If it's in the afternoon or whatever then it's often a day or so slower

The problem with the KA GALIL, is that it isn't the ICS GALIL, and the problem with the ICS GALIL, is that it isn't the Inokatsu GALIL.

Hehe. Finally getting rid of my good old m4. I'm hoping to get a galil of z1f for £200. And to keep you all happy yes my dad is doing the buisness.

New mtb spd shoes and pedals in the mail. Can't wait to finally try cleats :-D

eh.. first, I get on and off my bike way quicker with spds than you do without. second. how will jumping of the bike help you?? third, jump away with the bike is more likely to help you, which will be immensely easier with spds. fourth most people who are killed in bike accidents are fairly inexperienced cyclists (due to things like curb hugging and stopping in front of hgvs), who generally do not tend to use spds. fifth, did I take this a bit too seriously?

    Russe11
    Russe11
    lol possibly :)

The only reason I don't use SPD's is that my road bike is a vintage bike in original condition.

    fair enough :P

Hehe just thinking. IPSC shooters in a cqb skirmish. Wouldn't that be fun.

A lot of us do skirmish CQB with just our pistols. Rifles are just overrated in a single shot environment.

I just fell in love with a we m16a1 Gbb. Might order it. It is in the US so if I did order and put my dad's ukara on it, will the gun get to me ok.
