Solution: whenever you feel like you're going to excessively snack in the future, drink a massive glass of water- it fills you up and takes the edge of the hunger off. I've been doing this for a while and I don't snack like I used to AT ALL.
Luckily i have high metabolism, so i can't get fat no matter how hard i try. Seriously, though, I eat a fecking tonne of food (not literal). I eat well over 3500 calories a day. Advice: krispy kreme are sh*t, i've never touched one before.
