If you want an m4 go for a g&g, cyma are better for aks and m14s.

as M_P says, steer clear of CYMA M4's a Combat Machine M4 is a much better choice or for the same money a CM.048 AK-74

It's hard to choose a decent AEG for my 1st one, I want to get it from patrolbase as I am local to them and I can try it out but there is so many to choose from.

I had a CYMA M4 before and it was a piece of sh*t externally, and as usual Internals were strong but very poorly assembled. It also seemed like the bushings/axle holes were drilled off spec on my model. Very heavy pot metal used throughout.

JG and G&G are far better options for starter M4s.

They're made by Ares.

They're aimed for newer players though

Ares M4s have horrible trigger microswitch systems and internals are pretty bad compared to other clone brands.

Althought UTJ browsing /pol/ does begin to answer some questions.

The Cyma rifles are fine, as are the amoebas. My money would be the amoeba. We've had 3 returned from about 70 sold now. Spare gearboxes and mosfet units are in stock too

I live like 5 mins away from Patrol Base and bought my CYMA M4 from them. Should've known better, go for a Combat Machine, they're much better.

listen to what everyone is saying, G&G's Combat machine range are probably best for you, if patrol base dont have one im sure theyll order one in for you.

bahh but I wouldn't like to wait, I would just like to walk in an try something decent and purchase it. Up to the price of £250. I just don't want something crap that I am going to regret.....

The Combat Machines are good quality guns, trust me. Patrol Base do sell them, I've seen them in stock. £117 (excluding battery and charger) for the basic M4A1 Carbine or there are other versions too but it's the same gun internally. Hope this helped.
