3 years actually lol I contacted them last week to see why I never got a welcome email and there was a spelling mistake in it.
If you place an order with someone and post them your UKARA form it seems to get them to do stuff faster for some reason.
I never got an email actually, but took the Ukara number from my account at JDairsoft when they put it on there.
