You would ask them as they are obligated to do so upon request and if they deny you would open a case with paypal.

Ah ok, what if they then try and say they have sent the item? It says processing at the moment but they could try and get out of it that way, like o we just sent it sorry?

After 24 hours so this time tomorrow, shall i contact paypal?

depends, I've had items from EBairsoft sit 'processing' for weeks before because the item has been out of stock. Send them an email and see, they're a bit slow with replies but they normally get back to you.
