TORCH! Also get used to the dark. Waving a torch around most of the time will get you spotted.

Night games are great, in this weather stay warm, drink lots of water, before you start worrying about getting seen etc worry about your health.

Don't use a flippin torch! Right, I'm speaking from Military terms but not Airsoft, but just keep it away. Use Red Filter if you "have" to, but dont use it willy nilly. You'll stand out a mile off. Take some white tape and stick a small square to the back of your Jacket/Helmet so your mucker behind can see the patch as you patrol. Take your time, keep in close contact front and rear, and don't ruin your natural night vision with torches, let them adjust!

your natural NV will be taken away when people use torches on you, and you're required to use a torch on yourself to signify you're dead...

Fair one, but dont use it to navigate with. And close your shooting eye when you get any light shining about, preserve that Night vision like its your best friend.

Or you could do what me and my mate did our first game.. walk down a corridor aiming down sights with 1200 lumen torches shining.. Somehow didn't get shot, got about 5 or 6 enemies though.

Ha, fair play. COuld the enemy not shoot or something? Just point at the light and let rip? Admittedly going through buildings torches are useful if the element of surprise is already gone, purely to ruin their night vision if nothing else.

Not sure, once we were hit. We flanked round and got behind the enemy. Also, a tactic that I find works well is to shine a bright torch from one window and shoot from another..

Or shine a torch really low (just above ground level) in a doorway and then shoot from higher up. People shoot at the light and not at you, and you can see where their shots are coming from with the torchlight.

That, Liam, is almost pure genious! I am looking at this from far too much of a real world point of view (rounds tend to ricochet and go through some walls)...Key to airsoft at night, be a cheeky so and so!
