Managed to source that Mk7 you were after then?

An Army Surplus guy I know had one for me back in late November but I didn't have the cash to pay for it. Asked him about it last night, so waiting to see if he's still got it. If he does I'm ordering it, then all I need are some boots to finish the loadout.

Makes you wonder how some bloke has managed to get hold of a Mk7, pretty sure its illegal to be selling them on..but sod it, how much you paying for it?

Ha, oh both of those photos made me cry with laughter. No, he hasn't bought a bird, or a helicopter...and assuming its a Mk4 this is what he has bought:

Its a Plate Carrier for Body armour, not strictly necessary for Airsoft, but with right pouches attached can be useful as for the most part its completely adjustable to the needs of the user...On the flip side, it is designed to hold ballistic plates...a...

Plus, I think you're right about it being illegal to sell on, as any current issue kit is considered MOD property. But the Army Surplus guy is getting the helmet from a mate who's serving and the Osprey was sold to the guy I'm getting it from by the guy who was issued it and since quit the forces.

So if the MOD were going to chase either of them up about it, I'd have thought they'd have done so by now.
