I got a card in the post today saying I have to pay customs fees to receive my parcel. I got my parcel yesterday....

i really wish parcel force would do the txt thing like DPD dose, then at least i would have a clue as when/if i can actually go out and do something ... rather then waiting

I worked for an internet shop at Christmas a few years back, RM and PF were going round with stacks of the "while you were out" notes and didn't have the parcels with them, more than one customer chased their postie down saying they were in but had to collect their post anyway!

yea... sometimes I see them sit in the van at a sidestreet writing.. I wonder if they prepare all the notes for the day?

Well at 6pm I had to go out, no sign of parcel farce

So glad we don't have them In ireland. An Post can be cunts sometimes but not to the level of Parcel farce I see. Let's have an 'international courier swap week' or something just to send parcelfarce to get lost in the desert of mongolia.
