I would, if that was the problem. But it's the lack of servers. There are only 3 or 4 that are populated enough to have a good game on.

'Tis the nature of realistic shooters, too many CoD fags. No one to populate the servers.

Look for the Drakelings server, it's run by a YouTuber and the server is based in Germany.

+1 to that Liam, and yeah Drakelings is a good server as Ed said. NWA is good too if you're playing at 2 in the morning

Drakeling's server - 47 ping, 0/100 players.

NWA's server is the one I've been playing, it's the only populated one with less than 100 ping.
