Only when i chased it. Then got told it had been passed to another tech without my permission and they would contact me (never did). Then there was lots of 'trying to contact the other tech. Then another tech was going to fix it for parts cost only, but it never got sent to them. Then i got slightly more forceful and it was going to get sent back to me before xmas. Chased again and it was going to be sent via UPS yesterday....yeah guess what.
