Useless Parcel Service

You got me worried, I'm using them to bring a gun in from Europe :'(

If it is any help, they also messed up an order earlier in the week and delayed it by another few days, because they couldn't work out that "5" was a door number & had to explain a simple address format like a child over the phone ? Still no update on my current parcel either 

More importantly where did you get the bolt from? I need one LOL

thats got me more worried, I'm being sent an AEG but its been broken into parts for shipping so hopefully it's okay
