That site has been around for a long long time. I've purchased gear from there before and it did indeed arrive. (Not too quick mind you) Can't comment on RIF's but assuming it's the same as buying from HK/Elsewhere abroad.
In the past I’ve bought from a few different sellers(but not this one) and I’ve never had any kind of problems with my orders , always been quick and efficiently dealt with , well it is the Japanese after all ! ?
