In the past I’ve bought from a few different sellers(but not this one) and I’ve never had any kind of problems with my orders , always been quick and efficiently dealt with , well it is the Japanese after all ! ?

I've purchased gear from there before and it did indeed arrive. (Not too quick mind you)
Can't comment on RIF's but assuming it's the same as buying from HK/Elsewhere abroad.
