I bought something from them with no issue. Can't remember exactly what; it was some hard-to-get piece that was out of stock everywhere. However, it literally arrived in a week, so I'm more than happy to order from them in the future.

I had a problem once, they sent the wrong trigger, sent them a photo and they sent the correct one. Usually a couple of weeks but always fine dealing with them.
