My wife is a primary teacher and I said she could take my old tm mk23 case in for props.

"Not with the foam inlay in the shape of a gun"she replied. Definate no no.

I took foam out and it's now an airline pilots briefcase. lol

Crikey, even the memory of a toy is a bit spicy?

The thing is, they have a scene with a gun, and she's doing props.  It's just proplematic to think how to supply them without risking it becoming a page 7 story in the local rag.

I'm happy to liaise with the teacher and school, but that's, like, soooo lame, apparently. :D

We could take our birthday presents in to show off in assembly, I remember one of my friends taking in his new 410. It was still primary school so he was no older than 11. I do remember there wasn't a great deal of fuss about it. His dad brought it in with him, and the gun spent the day with the headmaster. Most of us had air rifles and had shot 410 so we were more interested in where he was planning to shoot that what he was shooting. And I'm not ancient, this was 1980's pre Dumblaine in a rural school.
