Well bugger ! Such a shame but totally see where your coming from .

only suggestions I’d make would be when you sell your kit put you favourite AEG , a battery , a couple of hi-caps and some ammo in a bag and shove it all in the back of the wardrobe for ‘just in case’  . 2nd when it is time to part with your kit I’d also suggest putting a status up to see if any of the regulars are interested in finding out what you have so you know it’s going to someone who’ll look after it before you stick it in the sales thread .?

Sorry to hear that☹

Is it a life decision or a specific 'I've had enough' moment?

Agree with @Druid799though.

Keep some back for when you are bored senseless.?

Sadly all good things come to an end. Have you considered a change being as good as a rest? Maybe change of site, style of play, group you play with? If you've lost the buzz then you've lost it but your mind will need a new expensive hobby to obsess over.

All the best matey.

Sorry to hear this, but you're right to knock it on the head if you're not enjoying it. It's a hobby for fun, not a vocation.

Now, let the circling commence.

You mean, pretend to be sad, then ransack the attic?

Yeah basically that. I've witnessed it many times in my life.

Circling is about right.

Sorry to hear that . I would echo what Druid said . Put some stuff in storage just in case you get the urge to play in the future .

If I remember correctly from when you were initially contemplating packing it in you'd been enjoying another hobby with your kid(s)? Assuming I'm remembering correctly I hope that's still the case, and I hope that enjoyment lasts you for a fair old while! Thanks for everything you've done on here, you've certainly given me some assistance when I've been entirely incompetant on more than one ocassion.

Take it easy buddy and definitely keep a rifle, oh and a pistol. Seen it happen too many times. Sometimes selling up an returning several times an it's just dead money you always loose.

good luck whatever direction you take and thanks for modding! iv been battling with trying to get back into the hobby for a bit oif me time after a few years out, although a one year old and another on the way its unlikely to get traction but i enjoy the plan to work on my loadout costume anyway. i think i was actually getting somewhere til the friend who i airsofted with pretty much stabbed me in the back and destroyed all my close friendships when everything else in life is enough of a difficulty... sometimes its knowing how much to pu into something and where is something for you to escape to. sometimes these decisions make them selves... enjoy what you do regardless
