@Lozart weeeeeellllll - I was already getting treatment for both of my adhesive shoulders which I was just about getting over, I’ve just got to double up the dosage of painkillers for a week and if it gets better drop back to usual dose and then it’s a matter time…

Might be worth getting some physio on those if you can, or go see an osteopath!

Where did you take a tumble? Was it down the muddy bank leading into the Jungle?

No seriously bit of a bummer. Try rubbing butter into shoulder.it may not help but its something to do.

@Monkman Yea it was, I was nipping back to swap out the rifle so it was on the way “up” back to safe zone (lol)
