Simple fix?

the hop rubber was mangled and wasn't allowing the bbs to enter the chamber without a push
even with the new rubber when the barrel was seated it pushed it back slightly over the hole so I had to slightly modify it by removing some material from the edge to allow the bbs to enter freely
