in my experience you only need 1 spare, having said spare means you'll never need to use it because the universe will endlessly troll you by having something else break......

honestly with how bad my wrists are and the mags having a bit of weight to em i will inevitably drop em,i need plates and pins in my wrists just not let them do the surgery lol

aye i remember you mentioning the motocross, suppose never thought about the longer term implications of such things.
i think that's a stock replacement, others might be able to confirm if standard hicapa feedlips will work.
