just recently - AEP's have gone mosfet & 7.4v LiPo
so ye old nimah stuff is getting thin on the ground
a few years ago some people went & modded Cyma AEP's
to take tiny LiPo's & add a bit of zest
Seems like Cyma have got on the idea
with a mini mosfet & a titchy 7.4v Turnigy Nano-Tech Lipo
can be removed but think it is charged in situ mostly
so you got nimah version like most of us did
so need ye olde nimah adapter (and power jack)
type of thing you don't wanna go nutz spending silly money on

but you need the psu bit or an adapter plug for it
which "should" be a 3.5mm - 1.3mm power plug
POSITIVE POLARITY - CENTRE IS POSITIVE
The CENTRE INTERNAL pin is POSITIVE
&
OUTSIDE/EXTERNAL is NEGATIVE
generally - though not always...
most stuff has positive polarity
the charger/psu is a bit shit tbh
if you know what you are doing then
buy module (I'd buy 2 so you have a spare for silly money)
find a 3.5/1.3mm power jack, splice in new wires
rig it up to a decent/better nimah charger
or B6 once you enter spec of battery
(500mah 7.2v (6 x 1.2v mini cells))
coz the plug charger doesn't turn off once charged
and puts out ANYTHING it wants to
(7.2v @ 200mah my arse - more like 10.56v)
so yeah - I'd get the adapter & power it by something else
anyway - that is the old Cyma/TM AEP chargy thingy
you need a 3.5/1.3 power connector
& use it on a smart nimah charger or B6
