How directly?

I bought my Lighter-S from "Official Acetech UK"  on amazon.co.uk.

When I reported that it has failed after nearly a year, they responded and after a bit of back-and-forth of videos and pictures, they posted out a replacement, which I was very surprised but pleased about.
