I have used the Angry Gun 110% and 130% - the 110% was great with a heavier bolt and buffer and ensured it went back into battery pretty fast. The 130% just massively increased the gas consumption! Recoil is down to how fast the bolt is travelling and how much it weighs when it hits the end of...

Had a couple of odd failures recently - broke a nozzle guide (think it was AG) snapped off the front part that sits in the BCG and guides the nozzle. Not surprised AG item broke so popped a spare GM one on. That failed tonight when I was checking the FPS. Again snapped in the same place! Fitted...

Fitted a 4uad hop rubber and Unicorn 210mm barrel to my MWS. Once the hop was dialled in and ~100 BBs put through it to set the NPAS (open a little more!) and I have it running 0.95 - 0.98j on 0.28g and 0.98 - 1.01j on 0.32g Slightly shorter barrel reduces joule creep, even more than the stock...

Anyone else had FPS issues with GM MWS mags? 282fps….88fps…282fps…87fps….and on and on. Sometimes it would be 3-4 full power shots then a weak dribble. G&P and TM mags were fine.

I think the issue here is the bolt is obviously out of spec (or not designed to work with the regular TM receiver…which sounds like a get-out clause!) I would look where the bolt is catching and file off the bolt part, no point trying to alter the receiver or spend ££££ on an aftermarket one...

Ordered 3 of the GM Pmags for the MWS - two of the three are pissing gas out the outlet valves and the casing almost as fast as I can fill them! The one that does work is nice and consistent, shame the other two are lemons! See what the retailer says…

MWS mags without the “mod” will fire 120 rounds easy. That is normally a 12-14g fill of gas, easy to work out vs the weight of gas in the can. One can will be plenty for a days play, maybe take two if you are worried. Cutting the silver tube down to cram more liquid propane in is a DUMB idea...

I tend to wear my usual every day watch, not had it shot out yet but figure I would have to be really unlucky to have it damaged by a bit of plastic. Elliot Brown Holton or Steinhart Vintage MilSub depending what I fancy on that day.
