Hi Chris Would you like to explain the reason the refund was delayed? The Refund would of been instant if we could of but only being allowed 4 hours from package being returned to proccess as refund before you esclulated the claim which then has to go via paypal as it removes the refund button...

We also have had issues with them as a retailer we and no longer going to be part of them. We found that the " core" members or what ever they have changed there name to now are simply in it to control and market. We had nothing but problems with the account being suspended due to non payment...
