    Exactly why most sites wont allow BBs that shatter easily. I'm not saying that other BBs wont shatter on occasion, but you can minimize the possibility. Plus think of the complete loss of cred when you rock up at an airsoft site with that stuff.

    Of course you dont need a liscence. what good would a liscence do? where would you draw the line? You cant sell nerf guns or water pistols becasue some kid might shoot someone with them?

    I used to buy from aliexpress sellers a lot. most are fine, a lot arnt. Expect a minor mixup, a little delay, comm problems. As far as serious scamming goes, its usually pretty obvious. sellers selling 3k pinarello and such bikes for under 1k, asus gaming laptops at 1/4 of their usual price...
