    Thanks for your message. The website automatically determines the service based on the parcel size—small and medium parcels go via RM, while larger ones are handled by PF. However, this isn’t clearly indicated during the ordering process. :oops:

    It can be rather confusing whether the parcel was processed by Parcelforce or Royal Mail, as they have now merged. I sent a large rifle the other day; it was collected by my local postman and delivered under the ‘Parcelforce Express24’ service.
