Well the original one blew and now the new second one wont even work

So my fuse has gone bust and it said on the end of it 20A. So presumably i bought so more 20A fuses but even these don't work. Anyone know whats going one and which ones will actually work?? Thanks. Gun: CA m15a3

Ah right, so how well do the rails fit your rifle?? And which would you say is better out of the rails and the magpul handguard?? Also how do you attach it (rails) do you need an adapter or something? Thanks for the link by the way :)
