Did the camo shell come with its own set of screws? If so, my below questions are relevant to that:
nope. just the shell in 2 halves.
Was they easy to remove initially? 10 x easier than the new camo shell
With both parts of the shell off and empty, do the screws go back in properly and at...
i thought the same. but the screws are direct swap from the original body.
the rear did not have any. the gearbox and battery go there.
when looking at the old body the 4 rear all all still in tact and do not join
the 2 images on the trigger area are from a long bolt that has gone through the body. this is tight and fine.
the last 2 pics are the last 1/3 of the gun. there is no "long bolt" that goes through any part of the last 1/3 pulling it all together.
wondering if i could get some sort of velcro /...
2 x small and 3 x long - the small go at the front of the gun. all nice and tight now. the other 3 are around the trigger area and 2/3
the last 1/3 has the 4 x mock screws. the gearbox i can feel and hear is moving slightly so semi auto is something firing twice or on full. . full auto is...
so the rear 1/3 has 4 "mock screws" on both the original and new.
when looking at the old shell these 4 screws do not cross through both sides so not bringing them close together
there were 5 large screws on the original body that ive now replicated onto the new (very tight) . the front 2/3...
does anyone have an idea of how i can make the last 1/3 of the stock fit together better. the shell has gaps and its now affecting firing as the gearbox is moving. as its not 100% flush
i was thinking of holding it together really tight and wrapping it in camo tape so it holds.
wish i didnt...
worked it out using the old body.
it is indeed a plate that goes between both body parts right at the front. however i really cant be bothered to undo it all again atm with those screws.
thankyou everyone for the help !!
took it apart again and screwed them into just the half shell on their own. still super super tight.
i have now put the gun back together and tightened then all 90% of the way and it seems fine.
however in all this commotion i have misplaced a part. any ideas?
hello all
started working a king arms p90 to change the full body over to camo.
internals all fine. gun fires etc when testing think its all correct.
however there are 5 long allen key screws. they are almost impossible to put into the body holes . insane force needed and some i can only get...
