I have seen a pistol that I like but it fires at 570 FPS well that’s what the website says. How do I alter it so it’s site legal?

I’m after an uzi or something like it, essentially a machine pistol I can’t seem to find any anywhere that are ridiculously over priced. Does any one know where I can get one?? Many thanks
